Nick Schaunaman has been a pizza guy for a decade. After toiling away for someone else—mixing dough, making sauce, and learning the ins and outs of great food and every pizza style he could get his hands on—he finally put his name on the sign with one goal: make the best pizza and food in town.
Nick spent years obsessing over the perfect sauce, dialing in dough recipes, and crafting bold, memorable flavors. He didn’t stop until every slice—and every bite of food—met his standard.
Today, Nick’s Pizza is the result of that lifelong passion for great pizza and food: simple ingredients, perfected recipes, and a hometown shop built by a guy who truly loves serving great food.
